Cohort Community
Connect with other young professionals and experience growth in community with other interns working across multiple ministries at Soul City. Hear and learn from seasoned leaders and professionals who speak into what it means to transform in a holistic way: professionally, personally, and spiritually.
Professional Mentorship
Connect weekly with a personal internship supervisor who will oversee projects, provide professional insights and feedback, as well as promote personal growth.
Spiritual Growth
Experience a work culture in which relationship with Jesus is the center of everything we do. Participate in weekly opportunities for staff prayer, worship, and the planning of new and exciting ways to lead more people into transforming relationships with Jesus.

Interns
A few beliefs that I hold onto: (1) God knows your dreams better than you do because He’s the One who gave them to you in the first place! (2) Philippians 1:6 NIV. I was never the type of person to have a clear direction in terms of career path, but the one thing that I knew for certain was my passion for worship. I had served in worship teams at smaller churches for over 10 years, but I was always longing to learn more and to grow as a worship leader. When the Worship Intern job application was published, I had already been job searching for a few months. I couldn’t see it at the time, but now I know that God had orchestrated the events in my life to prepare and allow me to take on this internship.
I am so grateful to have had this experience as a Worship Intern under Fabi because I was constantly being pushed out of my comfort zone (in a good way!), growing in confidence, experience and awareness of the Spirit in the context of worship. Although my current job is not worship related, I know that God has deposited within me certain dreams pertaining to worship and that my job is to simply remain faithful to where He leads me because He will be the one to bring those dreams into fruition. If you feel that the Lord is tugging on your heart about this internship, APPLY! You won’t regret it!
