Hey Soul City!
We are so excited to welcome you back into the building! Yes – on March 7th you will now have the opportunity to worship with us in person at limited capacity. We have missed having you here over the past year and want to extend the offering to join us each Sunday at our 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM gatherings, and we want to share with you what to expect upon return.
For anyone who is ready to return to in person gatherings, we want you to be assured that we have taken all the necessary safety precautions to ensure a smooth transition back into the building.
Here’s what you can expect if you decide to join us in person:
Be assured our staff and volunteers are prepared to host, direct traffic through the building, and promote social distancing
Doors will open at 8:30 AM for our 9:00 AM service and 10:30 AM for our 11:00 AM service to stagger traffic flow
Parking will be available in our lot at 1150 W Adams, on the street, and in the Mercy Home lot on Jackson and Racine.
Masks are required for entry into the building. We will have additional sanitary supplies on deck – masks, sanitizer, floor marks for social distancing
We’re asking that no food or beverages be brought with you into the building to ensure we can stay #MaskedUp. The Soul City Cafe will remain closed – so be sure to get your daily dose of caffeine prior to arriving and encourage others to do the same!
Disinfectant fogging mist will be sprayed in the auditorium between each service
Seating has been arranged to help encourage social distancing. Please keep in mind that seats may be within 6ft of another person so that we can accommodate everyone attending
Will there be Soul City Kids and Soul City Students?
Yes! For now, Soul City Kids will be available in person at our 9:00 AM service only and Soul City Students (Middle School) will gather in person at our 11:00 AM service only. Soul City Students – High School will continue to meet on Sunday evenings at 7:00 PM. To learn more about our Soul City Families, click the links below:
Due to limited seating, we ask for all attendees to register online prior to Sunday, so we have an accurate count each weekend. You can register for you and your family for our March 7th service below!
We want to continue to make it as easy as possible for our community to watch and engage with us during our live streams online. Join us in the comments on YouTube or Facebook during, and after each of our gatherings by clicking here. PLUS, our virtual prayer hall is open! Text “sccprayer” to 31996 at any time and follow the prompts to receive prayer.
