FAQ

What is SCK Camp?

Soul City Kids Camp is a high energy, half day summer experience happening the first week of June, designed to help kids discover more of who God is and who they are in Him through fun, faith, friendship, and friendly competition. Campers choose a Track that interests them including Dance and Cheer, Art, Sports, or STEM and they stay in it all week, giving them the opportunity to build skills, confidence, and community in an environment they love. With worship, engaging Bible stories, hands on activities, and a team that truly cares about every child, Soul City Kids Camp is a must. Camp is a program of Soul City Kids, part of Soul City Church, where your kids are known, encouraged, and excited to follow Jesus.

What is the difference between SCK Camp and SCK Mini-Camp?

Mini-Camp is our preschool camp! The mini-camp experience mirrors that of the older campers, but in smaller groups and with more age-appropriate activities! They get to participate in our large group worship and teaching each morning in the sanctuary and then move to a separate area of the church building for their own day of fun!

My child has unique needs and may need extra support at camp. Is SCK Camp able to accommodate, and what is the next step?

We would love to help your child have a great SCK Camp experience. Please email [email protected] and share a little about your child’s needs. We will connect with you to talk through support and make a plan together.

If the cost of camp is a challenge for our family, are there any financial support options available?

We never want finances to be a barrier to a child attending SCK Camp. Scholarships are available, and families of volunteers receive discounted pricing. You can email [email protected] or visit our camp webpage to access the scholarship application and learn more.

Hey Soul City!

A quick message for those joining us in person this weekend:

Recently, the CDC shared new guidelines for wearing face masks in public and in indoor settings to promote safety in areas with substantial risks of transmission. Therefore, we are requiring that masks are worn while in the building on Sundays.

We are continuously reviewing the CDC guidelines and what our next steps will be – as your safety remains our priority.
